Armour Shield Roofing Services Coalville provides flat roofing across Groby and the surrounding Leicestershire area. Free, no-obligation quotes, £5 million public liability insurance, and a 15-year written workmanship guarantee.
The flat-roofed garage and the flat-topped rear extension were at their peak just as Groby’s estates were being built, so 1960s and 70s felt roofs are everywhere on the Ratby Road side of the village — many re-covered several times and ready for something better. We replace them with EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass or torch-on felt, correcting the falls so leaf litter blowing in from Martinshaw Wood can’t sit in a puddle all winter. Link garages, porch canopies and dormer tops on converted bungalows get the same treatment, with insulation raised to current standards wherever the roof sits over living space.
A garage or small extension in torch-on felt commonly ranges £895–£1,500; longer-life GRP or EPDM systems £1,200–£3,500+ depending on size and insulation. Free fixed quote. Full price ranges →
