Armour Shield Roofing Services Coalville provides flat roofing across Ibstock and the surrounding Leicestershire area. Free, no-obligation quotes, £5 million public liability insurance, and a 15-year written workmanship guarantee.
Single-storey kitchen and bathroom extensions behind the terraces are where a great many of Ibstock’s flat roofs sit — behind Pretoria Road, say — and plenty are under felt that has blistered and cracked through too many winters. Garages beside the postwar semis, porches and dormers on newer homes, and their equivalents in Heather, Nailstone and Bagworth make up the rest. The old felt comes off and we re-cover in EPDM rubber or GRP fibreglass with a proper fall, so water gets to the outlet rather than sitting against the house wall — a roof that should last far longer than the felt it replaces.
A garage or small extension in torch-on felt commonly ranges £895–£1,500; longer-life GRP or EPDM systems £1,200–£3,500+ depending on size and insulation. Free fixed quote. Full price ranges →
