Armour Shield Roofing Services Coalville provides flat roofing across Loughborough and the surrounding Leicestershire area. Free, no-obligation quotes, £5 million public liability insurance, and a 15-year written workmanship guarantee.
Rear outriggers are standard on the Victorian streets near the town centre, and the kitchen or bathroom added behind one is nearly always flat-roofed — usually in felt, and usually the oldest covering on the house. In a licensed HMO a leak over a ground-floor bedroom is a compliance problem as well as a damp one. We strip back to the deck, re-cover in GRP fibreglass where the roof gets walked on and EPDM rubber where it does not, and re-cut the falls so standing water drains away instead of ponding. Insulation is brought up to current Building Regulations while the deck is open. Garage roofs out at Thorpe Acre are the same job, smaller.
A garage or small extension in torch-on felt commonly ranges £895–£1,500; longer-life GRP or EPDM systems £1,200–£3,500+ depending on size and insulation. Free fixed quote. Full price ranges →
